Log in to your RepairDesk account at app.repairdesk.co

Click your store name (top-right) β†’ Settings

Go to General β†’ scroll to "Other Information"

Copy the value shown under "API KEY" and paste it above.

Click Test RepairDesk to verify it works.

Now go to Send SMS tab, type a ticket number, and click Fetch from RepairDesk.
